Delivery areas and charges
Available delivery locations, shipping charges, and any estimated delivery window are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery details. Orders can be placed only for serviceable addresses.
Processing and tracking
We process confirmed orders as promptly as possible. When tracking is available from the delivery partner, we will share it using the contact details provided with your order. Delivery estimates can change due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Address and delivery issues
Please check that your name, phone number, and full address, including PIN code, are correct. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly using the customer care details in your order confirmation and include your order number.
Perfume shipments
Perfume shipments may be subject to carrier handling and route restrictions. The available delivery options at checkout apply to your address.
